Right-click on the relevant link below and select SAVE AS to save the forms to your desktop so you can complete them and post back to the school. We will then contact you to arrange an interview and complete any additional forms that will be required.

To be eligible to enrol as an adult the student must be a resident of Queensland and have ceased full time education at a mainstream school for a period in excess of six months. Places may be limited for this category of enrolment. Once places are filled, applicants go on a waiting list until vacancies occur. |
