On the day all class telephone lessons will be cancelled to give our students a chance to perform to a public audience.
Students must nominate by 09November with their class teacher in the category/s they wish to participate in.

The Cairns SDE Concert Band was formed in 1999.

Concert Bands are common in Queensland schools, however, Cairns SDE is different in that it has organised a concert band programme for remote and isolated students as well as those students enrolled with the school as homeschoolers.
