Junior School
Throughout the early years of schooling, children build a firm foundation for future learning. They develop their independence and social skills, physical skills, oral language, literacy and numeracy understandings, creativity and curiosity about the world.
Prep is the first year of school. It develops children’s independence and gives them the very best start to school by better preparing them for the transition into Year 1. Children play, question, investigate, tell stories and draw. Your child is eligable to enrol for Prep if they have turned 5 by 30th June that year.
Learning packages (both hard print and e-learn courses) covering English, Maths, Science, SOSE, the Arts, Music, Health and Physical Education and Technology are provided to students in Years 1 to 5. Using computers and operating in the digital world is embedded into all of our learning areas.
