Parent Teacher Interviews

Bookings will open Friday 31 March and will close Wednesday 19 April at 2:30pm.

Parent Teacher Interviews to discuss your child's progress in Term 1, will be conducted from Thursday 20 to Friday 28 April.

Parents will be able to book an interview with their child's teacher using Schoolzine Session Keeper by simply clicking on the session link, clicking on their teacher, viewing their available time slots and booking their preferred time. Parents will then be able to add the time slot to their calendar.

The Schoolzine information guide will walk you through the process to book an appointment through Schoolzine's Session Keeper System. You will also be able to cancel your booking and rebook if required.

Teachers will pre-set their availability, if a teacher is not available at a time that best suits your family, you may contact the teacher to discuss an alternative time & date.

Wherever possible interviews will be organised through Microsoft Teams – Phone calls will be used as the alternative if necessary. The teacher will send you a Microsoft Teams invite once your booking has been made with them. Alternatively, if Microsoft Teams is not an option, the teacher will call the parent directly.

Teachers will receive booking notifications via email upon confirmation of the session being successfully booked.
