The Work Exposure in Government (WEX) program is an opportunity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to learn about careers in the Australian Government. WEX is delivered by the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA) in partnership with ETM Perspectives (ETMP) and aims to increase the number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students completing Year 12 and going on to work in the Australian Public Service and the Australian Parliament. WEX is an Australian Government initiative to support future Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders and policy makers in Australia.

Applications are still open for WEX Canberra 2022, which will take place in Canberra from 23 - 28 October 2022.

Applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in Year 10, 11 and 12 are invited to apply.  Please see the eligibility criteria below to participate.
