For enrolments continuing into the next calendar year, parents will need to submit updates of the documents listed below to the enrolments sector email by the end of October or when details change.
- All students: Online services consent form - these are updated annually with new online services. To be updated annuually.
- Medical category students: Medical certificate if enrolled under the medical category - must be updated before the expiry date of the previous medical certificate.
- Living remotely category students: Application for Fee Waiver or Payment Plan if enrolled under the living in a remote area category. This must be updated annually to be eligible for the fee waiver. Proof of principal place of residence is required to be submitted with the application i.e.
- a utilities bill in the family name,
- a map showing that the principal place of residency is at least 16 km from the nearest applicable school
- a copy of the bus/transport schedule from the nearest applicable state school.
- Travelling / Intinerarnt students: Cairns SDE travel itinerary if travel details have changed or are expired.
- Students who are studying with an external provider as well: Flexible arrangement agreement; Alternate tutor form.
For enrolments not continuing, a student exit form must be completed and returned to the sector email. This will ensure that refunds (if applicable) are promptly processed.
