50th Golden Anniversary Dinner - cancellation
Unfortunately, the school has had to cancel the Cairns SDE 50th Anniversary Dinner event planned for Sunday 27 November 2022 at the Pullman International Hotel. Coming to this conclusion was not taken lightly and the decision involved input from many representatives of our school.
We encourage all members of our school community, past and present, to instead attend the Community BBQ during Celebration Week on Thursday 1 December. The BBQ, again kindly provided by the Rotary Club of Cairns West, will take place in the Hoare Street carpark near the front of the school campus; near the Library. Coming together at this event will be a great way to celebrate 2022.
