NAPLAN 2022
Queensland schools have moved to NAPLAN online in 2022 and Cairns SDE planning has commenced. This is a completely new approach for our school and a parent communication is being created using information gained at staff training across the last two weeks.
To help prepare our staff and students, we will be participating in a practice test on the morning of Thursday 24 March. All schools in the state have been encouraged to participate so that any technical issues can be addressed before the test window of 10 & 20 May inclusive.
Details of the practice test will be communicated to teachers of years 3, 5, 7, & 9 in week 6 following a planning meeting.
