Join a crew of 24 young Australians and embark on a life-changing journey - learning not only how to sail a square-rigged tall ship, but how to lead, support others and work together as a team. On board, youth learn the skills needed to sail the ship, including keeping watch on deck, handling lines, taking the helm, navigating using the ship's electronic charts, assisting the chef in the galley and climbing the 30-metre mast to set and fur sails. No sailing experience required, only a willingness to give everything a go! Financial assistance is available to eligible applicants.
